Job summary

BuzzTech Media is seeking a remote Customer Onboarding Consultant to guide new clients through onboarding, set expectations, and ensure they realize the value of our digital support services. You\'ll coordinate with internal teams, conduct virtual onboarding calls, and track progress in CRM systems while maintaining strong client relationships in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Experience in onboarding, client services, or sales is helpful but not required.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized with excellent follow-up and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
Able to learn new tools and processes quickly.

Responsibilities

Welcome new clients and guide them through the onboarding process.
Conduct virtual onboarding calls to understand client needs, goals, and workflows.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate setup and timely service.
Track onboarding progress and maintain detailed records in CRM systems.
Address questions or concerns and escalate issues when needed.
Ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing account support.
