Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant customer-facing experience in software onboarding, implementation, customer support, customer success, project coordination/management, account management, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience independently managing multiple customer projects with timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
• Strong project-management, organization, and prioritization skills across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for leading customer meetings and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong problem-solving and technology proficiency, including CRM and productivity tools and quick learning of new software.

Responsibilities

• Own successful customer implementations: manage onboarding projects from post-sale handoff through kickoff, configuration, training, launch, and transition to Customer Success.
• Drive the onboarding project plan: establish goals, milestones, responsibilities, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria with clear documentation.
• Lead customer communication and alignment: be primary point of contact, provide proactive status updates, set expectations, translate needs into plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery and remove barriers: partner with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, Tech, and Operations to address configurations and data requirements.
• Drive launch readiness and continuous improvement: identify risks, ensure training and activities are completed, maintain records, and improve processes.
