You will drive technology strategy, ensure data integrity, oversee platforms like Cvent, and mentor teams while supporting travel and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CMP or Cvent cert preferred.
• 7–10 years in meetings/events tech or related fields.
• Experience with Cvent, Groupize and registration platforms.
• Project management or Agile/Scrum familiarity.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage meetings tech, platform support, config, training and data security.
• Oversee registration websites and attendee data workflows.
• Design and optimize attendee experiences with sites and mobile apps.
• Manage supplier relationships and vendor roadmaps.
• Drive innovation and cross-functional, continuous improvement initiatives.
