Job summary

You will mentor teams, align Epic roadmaps with strategy, and partner with executives to balance clinical practice with leadership duties in a flexible, remote-capable environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician with MD/DO or NP/PA in good standing.
• Completion or willingness to obtain Epic Builder training within timeframe.
• Minimum 5 years of ambulatory clinical practice and 10–12 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong executive presence with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical product and technology across Epic-enabled domains to improve care pathways.
• Governance and partnership with enterprise leadership on roadmaps and initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and clinician-focused tools.
• Mentor clinical informatics team and sponsor major go-lives.
