Job summary
CVS Health Corporation seeks a Senior Medical Director for Clinical Informatics to lead clinical product strategy across Epic-driven domains, aligning the roadmap with organizational objectives. The role requires hands-on Epic expertise, governance participation, and collaboration with clinical, operational, and technical leaders to improve patient outcomes and clinician experience.

Qualifications
- Licensed clinician with current practice in relevant specialties.
- Epic Builder training/certification completed or willingness to obtain.
- Minimum 5 years ambulatory clinical practice experience.
- Experience in clinical informatics, safety, quality improvement, or workflow redesign.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical product and technology strategy across Clinic Operations and Quality & Stars domains.
- Drive Epic optimization to improve workflows, efficiency, and patient safety.
- Partner with executives, clinicians and technical teams to translate priorities into Epic roadmaps.
- Oversee Epic upgrades, testing, implementation, and go-lives; sponsor enterprise releases.
- Monitor adoption and outcomes, driving continuous improvement.
