Job summary
CVS Health Corporation seeks a Senior Medical Director for Clinical Informatics to lead Epic-enabled technology delivery across Center Operations and Quality/Stars. You will align clinical strategy with enterprise roadmaps, sponsor major go-lives, and drive improvements in patient safety, clinician experience, and outcomes.
Applicants should be licensed clinicians with Epic Builder training and a track record in ambulatory care, safety, and quality initiatives.
Qualifications
- Licensed clinician in good standing (MD/DO, NP, or PA).
- Extensive experience with ambulatory care and clinical workflows.
- Epic optimization, upgrades, and go-lives experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical product and technology strategy across Epic-enabled domains.
- Drive enterprise Epic optimization to improve workflows, quality, and safety.
- Partner with clinical and operational leaders to translate priorities into Epic workflows and reporting.
- Oversee upgrades, testing, implementation, and change management for Epic solutions.
- Monitor adoption and drive continuous improvement across the enterprise.
