Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering or MBSE
- Deep expertise in systems engineering and MBSE practices
- Experience with enterprise architecture for complex engineering toolchains
- Proficiency in SysML and model management, including v1/v2 transition
- Skill in managing modern MBSE ecosystems
- Strong understanding of automotive or complex cyber-physical product development
Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise MBSE ecosystem architecture and its components
- Define the target operating model for people, processes, and tools
- Establish enterprise MBSE methods and modeling standards
- Architect MBSE integration across engineering environments
- Lead evaluations of tools and technologies based on objective criteria
- Define migration strategies for legacy systems while ensuring continuity
- Create model-based lifecycle gates and governance mechanisms
