For our client, we are seeking a Principal Systems Engineer - Enterprise Systems Engineering Transformation Architect to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will shape the enterprise systems engineering transformation for a large, complex engineering organization. You will own the architecture of the MBSE ecosystem, define the target operating model, and establish the standards that guide how people, processes, and tools work together. The position will also influence tool strategy, integration across engineering environments, and governance for model-based lifecycle execution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $201,600 – $365,700 annually
