Job summary

Mission Technologies provides mission‑critical engineering and technical services worldwide. We seek a Systems Engineer Lead to guide enterprise‑level systems engineering across the full lifecycle with MBSE, SysML/UML/UAF, and architecture artifacts.

You will mentor junior engineers and lead critical integration and testing efforts. The candidate will translate customer requirements into robust system solutions, manage trade studies and interface analyses, and collaborate with customers,

Qualifications

• Hands-on MBSE workflows and digital engineering methods.
• Experience with requirements analysis, allocation, traceability, validation.
• Experience performing trade studies and interface analysis.
• Proficiency with SysML/UML/UAF modeling languages.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, integrate, verify, validate; support analyses across system lifecycle.
• Translate requirements into logical, systemic solutions within constraints.
• Lead MBSE artifacts, architecture products, and system models.
• Develop architectures using SysML/UML/UAF; mentor junior engineers.
• Lead integration, verification, validation, and test events.
• Communicate approaches and findings to customers and stakeholders.
