Job summary

Quantum Research International, Inc. seeks a Lead Enterprise Architect to guide MBSE and digital modernization for weapon systems. The selected candidate will align engineers and analysts across lifecycle stages, ensuring DoD compliance and robust system integration.

The role requires 10+ years in enterprise architecture or systems engineering, and an active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance. This is an on-site position located in Huntsville, AL, with opportunity to work across nationwide programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture or systems engineering.
• Master of Arts or Master of Science in a related field.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead MBSE efforts to design, develop, integrate, and manage complex systems across their lifecycle.
• Advance MBSE methodologies using digital models to enhance collaboration and traceability.
• Leverage Digital Transformation tools (IA, Hyperautomation, and RPA) to optimize operations.
• Drive digital transformation of PAE Fires aligning with DoD and Army directives.
• Research, design, implement, and maintain automated information systems and architectures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hardware, software, and solution sets to provide recommendations.
