Job summary

Quantum Research International, Inc. seeks a Lead Enterprise Architect to guide MBSE efforts for digital modernization of weapon systems.

You will direct engineers, architects, and analysts in the lifecycle management of complex systems and ensure integration with DoD directives. The role requires a strong background in enterprise architecture, systems engineering, and leadership, plus an active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, systems engineering, or related technical roles.
• Master's degree in a related field as listed above.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead MBSE efforts to design, develop, integrate, and manage complex systems across lifecycles.
• Advance MBSE with digital models, ensuring collaboration and traceability.
• Leverage Digital Transformation tools to optimize operations and modernization programs.
• Support digital transformation of PAE Fires and align with DoD and higher HQ directives.
