Job summary

Arrowhead Programs is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Strategist to lead go-to-market efforts across its specialty insurance offerings, with initial focus on Evolve MGA, a cyber-specialist. This is a remote role based in the United States.

The candidate will write for a sophisticated broker audience, manage multiple workstreams independently, and develop content that is both technically grounded and engaging. Strong marketing and insurance experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in marketing, content, or communications.
• Experience with Wrike, email platforms and CRM tools.
• Canva and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office; familiarity with LinkedIn strategy.
• Background in insurance/financial services or complex B2B environments preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and track email campaigns; create content for product spotlights and market updates.
• Manage broker segmentation and coordinate with sales to refine messaging and measure engagement.
• Develop broker-facing assets: quarterly communications, sell sheets, partner presentations.
• Support go-to-market content for new product launches and brand updates.
• Audit and maintain CRM data, ensuring accurate segmentation and records.
