Job summary

Arrowhead Programs is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager/Marketing Strategist to lead go-to-market efforts for its Evolve MGA cyber specialty and related insurance offerings. The role emphasizes precise, broker-focused messaging, multi-stream project management, and creating technically grounded yet engaging content.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in marketing or communications, proficiency with Wrike, email platforms, and CRM tools, plus Canva and Adobe Creative Suite skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of marketing, content, or communications experience.
• Experience with Wrike, email platforms, and CRM tools; Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn content strategy and B2B social media management.
• Ability to read marketing performance data and draw actionable conclusions.
• Background in commercial insurance, financial services, or a similar complex industry preferred.
• Experience building broker/agent-facing sales enablement content.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and track email campaigns targeting broker and agency partners; develop content for product spotlights, renewal communications, and market updates.
• Manage broker segmentation across individual sales reps and distribution lists; build a feedback loop with sales and underwriting to refine messaging and measure engagement.
• Produce and maintain a library of broker-facing assets: quarterly communications, collateral, partner presentations, claims insights, and process guides.
• Support go-to-market content development for new product launches, brand updates, and partnership campaigns by translating complex details into clear materials.
• Audit, clean, and maintain partner CRM data; ensure accuracy of agency/broker data and segmentation tags.
• Develop and document partner segmentation rules to ensure the right content reaches the right partners.
• Identify gaps in partner data and build processes to keep records current.
