Arrowhead Programs is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to join our Manufactured Housing Program in the United States. You will provide technical and strategic support to Producers and serve as the first contact for customers.

You will help brokers meet coverage needs, negotiate terms, and manage policy administration with AMS360. A strong background in commercial insurance and client-focused service is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of commercial insurance or MGA experience.
• Property and Casualty license preferred or to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Understanding of insurance processing and policy forms.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare proposals to meet brokers' risk coverage requirements.
• Advise and recommend coverage based on technical insurance knowledge.
• Consult with brokers to assess needs and determine appropriate coverage.
• Negotiate terms with carriers and brokers for policy terms.
• Set up and manage policy files and renewal systems.
• Enter data and maintain AMS360 records accurately.
• Invoicing premium collection and submission of changes.
• Build and maintain broker relationships; assist in new submissions.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
