Arrowhead Programs is seeking a Project Manager for Arrowhead Creative Services to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of creative and marketing projects in a fast-paced, regulated insurance setting.

You will manage intake, scoping, scheduling, resourcing, production, and delivery across multiple channels, while optimizing Wrike processes and coordinating with stakeholders across divisions to ensure on-time, high-quality work.

Formación

• 3–5 years of project management experience in a creative, marketing, or agency environment.
• Hands-on experience managing projects in Wrike, including request forms, workflows, dashboards, and proofing/approval features.
• Experience in a regulated industry (insurance or financial services strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines.
• Strong understanding of creative production processes across print, digital, video, email, and web, including vendor management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full lifecycle of creative and marketing projects from intake through delivery across multiple channels.
• Administer and optimize Wrike environment and train team members on best practices.
• Own and manage the Creative Queue to ensure effective resource management and on-time delivery.
• Build realistic project timelines accounting for compliance and brand review cycles.
• Route assets through compliance review; track disclosures and maintain audit-ready docs.
• Serve as primary contact between ACS and stakeholders across divisions to set expectations.
