Qualifications

• Proven marketing capabilities with understanding of multiple rating platforms through national/regional carriers.
• Retail agency experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and contribute to marketing and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with VP of Business Development and Commercial Lines Manager to expand the customer base in the insurance industry.
• Analyze current accounts to identify cross-sell and account rounding opportunities.
• Maintain records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers to deepen engagement and referrals.
• Stay up to date with insurance policies and regulatory changes.
