Arrowhead Automotive is hiring a Business Development Specialist to generate new business and drive growth in the insurance sector. You will work remotely from the USA with support from the VP of Business Development and the Commercial Lines Manager to expand our client base and cross-sell opportunities.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with decision-makers, lead generation from various sources, and collaboration with marketing to execute effective campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven capabilities in marketing-related duties with an understanding of multiple rating platforms through national and regional insurance carriers.
• Preference is given to applicants with retail agency experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• State insurance license is required within the first 90 days of employment. Arrowhead will arrange and cover the costs for licensing coursework and exam fees.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and contribute to marketing and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with VP of Business Development and Commercial Lines Manager to identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers on existing accounts to deepen engagement and referrals.
• Generate new leads from lost accounts, industry listings, networking, and referrals.
• Maintain records of activities, pipeline, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with marketing to implement effective sales campaigns.
• Analyze current accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities.
