This remote role supports our national insurance clients and requires a proactive sales mindset.

You will work with leadership to identify opportunities, manage a portfolio of accounts, and stay current with industry trends. Competitive salary with benefits and flexible schedules are offered.

Qualifications

• Marketing experience with rating platforms understanding.
• Retail agency experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• State insurance license required within 90 days; licensing costs covered by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and contribute to marketing and promotional activities.
• Analyze current customer accounts and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Management to review in-force accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to deepen engagement.
• Generate new business leads from lost accounts, networking, and referrals.
• Maintain records of sales activities, customers, and pipeline opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement effective sales campaigns.
• Manage a portfolio of lost accounts and devise strategies to win back business.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes in insurance.
