Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Manager, Strategic Growth & Proposal to lead strategic growth initiatives and manage proposal performance.

You will oversee end-to-end proposal development across RFPs, RFIs, and retention efforts, coordinating with clinical, operations, and pricing teams to optimize win rates. The role emphasizes data-driven proposal positioning, pricing strategy enhancement, and building high-performing teams while ensuring compliance and alignment with Lumicera’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree or PharmD preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in business acumen, proposal development, outbound prospecting strategies, competitive positioning, and win/loss analysis.
• 3+ years of leadership experience with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams and deliver tangible results.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and prioritize RFP opportunities; shape pursuit strategies to boost win probability and alignment with Lumicera growth.
• Lead end-to-end development of proposals (RFPs, RFIs, BAFOs) ensuring compliant, client-focused deliverables.
• Manage proposal timelines, workflows, and cross-functional coordination for timely submissions.
