Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Manager, Strategic Growth & Proposal to join our team. The Sr.

Manager will manage the strategic growth and management of proposals, leading end-to-end development and coordinating with Sales and cross-functional teams to improve win rates and competitive positioning. This role also supports pricing strategy development, strengthens manufacturer relationships, and identifies opportunities to expand access and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in business acumen, proposal development, outbound prospecting strategies, competitive positioning, and win/loss analysis.
• 3+ years of leadership experience delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and prioritize RFP opportunities and shape pursuit strategies with Sales and cross-functional leaders.
• Lead end-to-end development of proposals (RFPs, RFIs, BAFOs) with high quality, client-focused deliverables.
• Manage proposal timelines, workflows, and cross-functional coordination across stakeholders.
• Monitor proposal performance metrics to identify trends and improve win rates, cycle times, and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement of proposal processes, tools, templates, and content libraries.
• Strengthen manufacturer relationships and optimize pricing strategies to expand client value.
• Lead and develop a high-performing proposal team and manage staffing and onboarding.
• Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and internal policies.
