Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group seeks a Senior Manager, ServiceNow Engineering to lead platform strategy, governance, and delivery for enterprise ServiceNow capabilities. You will guide a team of engineers to design, implement, and continuously improve solutions that enable enterprise service delivery.

You will partner with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and partners to ensure investments deliver measurable outcomes while maintaining platform stability and security.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience managing information technology systems and projects in a large IT department.
• 10+ years experience in acquisition and management of technology professionals.
• 10+ years managing people.
• 5+ years demonstrated success in matrix management and influence environments.
• Extensive experience communicating with executive and operational management.
• Large-scale project or program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap, and investments.
• Lead platform governance, intake, demand management and prioritization.
• Oversee platform strategy alignment with business outcomes and value realization.
• Manage a team of ServiceNow engineers for development, upgrades, and support.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and scalability across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM and more.
• Drive adoption of ServiceNow AI capabilities and governance practices.
