Job summary

OneOncology is seeking a Sr. Manager, RCM (Urology) to lead day-to-day revenue cycle operations for the Practice Specialty. You will oversee pre-bill, EDI and AR teams, collaborate with staff and leadership, and implement sustainable workflows to protect financial health.

You will hire and coach team members, develop staffing models, and drive denial reduction via root cause analysis and cross-functional alignment. This role is remote with national scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in RCM operations.
• 3+ years in people leadership.
• 2+ years in the Practice Specialty.
• Deep understanding of RCM workflows and compliance.
• Experience leading global teams and vendor partners.
• Ability to design role-based trainings and onboarding.
• Ability to define metrics, perform root cause analysis, and drive actions.
• Experience with workflow optimization, system implementation, and training delivery.
• Cross-functional collaboration with clinical, operational, and RCM teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end RCM operations for the Practice Specialty.
• Directly manage pre-bill, EDI and accounts receivable teams.
• Hire and evaluate team members and manage performance.
• Create staffing models to meet practice demand.
• Develop and maintain standard workflows with RCM leadership.
• Reduce denials by root cause analysis and upstream fixes.
• Communicate with practice staff and leadership to improve revenue cycle performance.
• Serve as SME to maximize revenue and ensure compliant workflows.
