Job summary

OneOncology is seeking a Director of RCM Shared Services (Urology) to lead strategic and operational initiatives across practice-based revenue cycle teams, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders. You will optimize performance, implement best-practice workflows, and drive financial outcomes while maintaining exceptional patient and provider experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare and RCM leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience managing third-party RCM vendors or outsourced services preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational initiatives for practice-based RCM teams and vendors.
• Optimize revenue cycle performance using analytics and best-practice workflows.
• Oversee CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10-CM usage and denial prevention for urology services.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer policies.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and reimbursement trends; drive improvements.
