Job summary

OneOncology is seeking a Director, RCM Shared Services (Urology) to lead strategic and operational initiatives across practice-based revenue cycle teams and vendors. You will drive optimization of coding, reimbursement, and denial management while maintaining patient and provider experiences.

The role requires deep RCM expertise, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a remote, National scope environment within the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare and RCM leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing third-party revenue cycle vendors or outsourced RCM services.
• Urology experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational initiatives for practice-based RCM teams, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee RCM processes for urology procedures and services.
• Manage pre-authorization and medical necessity workflows; monitor payer reimbursement trends and regulations.
• Ensure correct CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 coding and denial management; optimize revenue cycle performance.
• Collaborate with management and providers to improve charge capture, documentation quality, and reimbursement outcomes.
• Lead integration efforts for acquisitions and new providers; monitor KPIs and SLAs.
