OneOncology is seeking a Sr. Manager, Urology to oversee daily RCM operations, including pre-bill, EDI, and accounts receivable, coordinating with staff and vendor partners to ensure timely and accurate billing.

The role focuses on developing scalable workflows, staffing models, and performance metrics to protect financial health and minimize revenue leakage across the practice specialty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in RCM operations.
• 3+ years of leading teams in healthcare.
• 2+ years in the Practice Specialty (e.g., Urology).
• Deep understanding of RCM workflows and compliance.
• Experience designing and delivering role-based trainings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end RCM operations for the Practice Specialty.
• Directly manage pre-bill, EDI and accounts receivable teams.
• Hire and manage performance; develop staffing models.
• Collaborate with practice staff, leadership and vendor partners.
• Reduce denials by root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliant, efficient revenue cycle workflows and analytics.
