Job summary

OneOncology is seeking a Director of RCM Shared Services (Urology) to lead strategic and operational efforts across practice-based RCM teams and vendors. You will drive revenue cycle initiatives, use analytics to optimize performance, and implement best-practice workflows while ensuring excellent patient and provider experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare and RCM leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience managing third-party revenue cycle vendors or outsourced RCM services.
• Contract management and vendor oversight experience preferred.
• Urology experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10-CM usage.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel & PowerPoint.

• Lead strategic and operational initiatives for RCM teams and vendors.
• Optimize performance with analytics and best-practice workflows.
• Oversee pre-authorization and medical necessity workflows.
• Monitor payer reimbursement trends and regulatory changes.
• Ensure CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10-CM usage compliance.
• Improve charge capture, documentation, and reimbursement outcomes.
• Lead readiness for acquisitions and new service lines.
• Manage vendor performance using KPIs and SLAs.
• Collaborate with provider leadership and management.
• Provide subject-matter expertise on urology reimbursement.
