Job summary

BambooHR is seeking a Sr Manager, National Partnerships to build and scale broker relationships across national and regional firms. You will shape the broker strategy, executive engagement, and joint business planning to drive consistent revenue growth through partner channels.

The role requires deep HCM/brokerage experience, executive presence, and the ability to influence multiple cross-functional teams. Travel to partner engagements will be required.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience in strategic partnerships or related role.
• Direct experience with broker ecosystem and national/regional brokerages.
• Experience within HCM, HR tech, benefits, payroll, or SaaS.
• Proven success building partnerships that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen including forecasting pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Lead broker partnership strategy with national and regional firms.
• Own a portfolio of priority brokerage brands and expand revenue.
• Build relationships with brokerage executives and key decision-makers.
• Create and execute joint business plans aligning growth objectives and metrics.
• Develop scalable programs enabling brokers to identify and support sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to improve velocity and conversion of broker-led opportunities.
• Use data to evaluate partnership effectiveness and uncover growth opportunities.
• Establish cadences for business planning, forecasting, and partner reviews.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, CS, Enablement, and Operations to ensure a consistent broker experience.
• Develop playbooks, training, and tools to enable internal teams.
