Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Manager, Member Experience to lead and coordinate member-focused initiatives across new and existing payor products. You will partner with product, design, marketing, and communications to translate strategy into aligned plans and communications for member journeys.

The role may be remote or hybrid anywhere in the US, depending on location and hub access. A strong background in customer/member experience and cross-functional execution is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer or member experience, digital or product communications
• Experience supporting healthcare, payor, or customer experience initiatives
• Ability to translate strategy into coordinated plans and materials
• Experience in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
• Strong written and verbal communication, and stakeholder coordination
• Excellent project management, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Support execution of member experience initiatives across payor products
• Partner with product, design, marketing, and communications to translate direction into plans
• Drive consistency in member-facing experiences and communications
• Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and dependencies for experience work
• Develop recommendations for experience improvements and execution needs
• Support development of member communications and journey materials
• Track readiness and follow-up actions to ensure organized execution
• Identify opportunities to improve member navigation and engagement
• Support broader product organization initiatives tied to experience quality
