Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer/member experience, digital experience or related leadership programs.
• Experience supporting healthcare, payor, digital product, or customer initiatives.
• Ability to translate strategy into coordinated plans and communications.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of member experience initiatives across payor-focused products.
• Collaborate with product, design, marketing, and communications teams.
• Drive consistency in member-facing experiences and communications.
• Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and dependencies for initiatives.
• Develop recommendations for experience improvements and execution needs.
• Support development of member-facing communications and journey materials.
• Track readiness and follow-up actions to ensure organized execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve member navigation across products.
• Support broader product organization initiatives tied to quality and coordination.
