Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Manager, Member Experience to drive and coordinate payor-focused product experience initiatives. You will partner across product, design, marketing, and communications to translate strategy into ordered plans, communications, and journey improvements. This is an individual contributor role with accountability for progress within a defined scope.

The role can be remote or hybrid anywhere in the US depending on candidate location and commute to a hub location.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in customer or member experience, digital experience, or related leadership roles.
• Experience supporting healthcare payor, digital product, or customer experience initiatives.
• Ability to translate experience direction into coordinated plans and communications.
• Experience working across product, design, marketing, and communications in a matrixed environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience developing customer-facing materials.
• Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of member experience initiatives across payor-focused products.
• Coordinate plans and execution activities with cross-functional teams.
• Drive consistency in member-facing experiences and communications.
• Track readiness, dependencies, and action items to keep work organized.
• Identify opportunities to improve member navigation and engagement.
• Support development of member-facing communications and journey materials.
