Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in customer, member, digital, or product experience
- Experience supporting healthcare, payor, or digital initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
Responsibilities
- Support execution of member experience initiatives across payor-focused products and capabilities
- Coordinate plans and execution with product, design, marketing, and communications teams
- Drive consistency in member-facing experiences and communications across products
- Track readiness, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
- Develop recommendations for experience improvements and priorities based on journey context
- Support development of member-facing communications and journey materials
