Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or healthcare degree required; PharmD/PhD/MD or equivalent preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical or healthcare organizations.
• Experience leading Medical Affairs, field medical training, or learning & development.
• Experience launching products and launch readiness in regulated environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Medical Affairs learning and capability strategy.
• Build scalable training frameworks and curricula.
• Lead launch training strategy and certification programs.
• Ensure governance, standards, and documentation of training activities.
