Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Medical Affairs training and to oversee Medical Information operations. You will develop onboarding curricula, competency programs, and engaging learning solutions, partnering across Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial teams.

Ideal candidates bring significant Medical Affairs training experience, strong scientific acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7 years of pharmaceutical/biotech Medical Affairs experience required.
• 2 years of Medical Affairs training, field medical, learning and development, or Medical Information experience preferred.
• Experience as MSL or Medical Information professional preferred.
• Ability to travel 20% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expert-level scientific knowledge of Travere's therapeutic areas and products.
• Lead onboarding curricula and Medical Affairs training programs.
• Identify knowledge gaps and design learning solutions.
• Coordinate certification programs and competency assessments.
• Maintain LMS and training resource libraries.
• Ensure training materials meet medical, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Support Medical Information operations and lifecycle management of standard response documents.
