Job summary

Biogen is seeking a seasoned learning and development professional with commercial, customer-facing experience for the role of Senior Manager, Commercial Learning, supporting our Rare Disease business. This hybrid position can be located in Cambridge, MA or remote, reporting to the Director, US Commercial Learning & Development.

You will design, deliver, and optimize learning content for field teams, partnering with Sales, Medical, Legal/Regulatory, and vendors to drive readiness and performance

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• 6+ years of professional experience, including 3-5 years in Commercial Learning, Sales, Marketing, or Consulting.
• Experience supporting product launches and/or Rare Disease brands preferred.
• Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical/biotech landscape and adult learning principles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver learning curricula for customer-facing teams.
• Lead onboarding and day-to-day learning initiatives with stakeholder feedback.
• Facilitate training across live, virtual, and blended formats.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Legal/Regulatory to design content and manage approvals.
• Maintain alignment with Medical Affairs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate learning impact using surveys and performance data.
