Job summary

Lumicera Health Services, powered by Navitus, seeks a Sr. Manager, Industry Relations to lead the Trade Relations team and drive manufacturer engagement for specialty pharmaceuticals.

You will negotiate distribution and procurement contracts, oversee the drug pipeline, and maximize access to products critical for payers and patients. Key duties include developing strategic supplier programs, managing pricing and discounts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and reporting performance to leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of specialty pharmacy or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• 5+ years of contract negotiation experience, preferably in specialty pharmacy.
• 3+ years of people leadership or team management experience.
• Current, unrestricted pharmacist licensure in home state or eligible for reciprocity.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach the trade relations team and set priorities.
• Negotiate distribution and procurement agreements with manufacturers.
• Develop manufacturer strategies aligned with disease states and formulary.
• Oversee the clinical drug pipeline and identify RFP/RFI opportunities.
• Secure access to limited distribution medications and manage related agreements.
• Negotiate pricing, discounts, and service agreements with manufacturers.
• Provide regular reporting to leadership on activities, performance, and trends.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
