Job summary

Oak Street Health, a CVS Health subsidiary, seeks a Sr. Manager, Growth to drive data-backed growth initiatives across the organization. You will lead a team of analysts in the Sales Call Center, partnering with Product, IT and operations to deliver measurable improvements in velocity and ROI.

You will own reporting cadence, translate insights into action, and influence senior leaders while advancing growth strategies in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Business, STEM, economics, statistics)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading operations in a sales call center
• Analytical and strategic thinker with strong written and verbal communication
• Experience leveraging data/analytics to inform decisions and drive initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead a growing team of Sr. Associates and Analysts in data/analytics to inform decisions and operations within the Sales Call Center
• Own key initiatives to improve growth velocity and ROI of acquisition spend
• Collaborate with growth leaders to develop and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reporting with insights and actions
• Coordinate with Product, IT, Telephony and Workforce Management to ensure smooth Sales Call Center operations
• Develop materials and lead discussions with organizational leaders
• Address other strategic/analytical priorities as directed by the Lead Director of Sales Excellence
• Handle other duties as assigned
