Job summary

Oak Street Health, a CVS Health company, is seeking a Lead Director for Growth Strategy & Effectiveness. This remote role offers an opportunity for hybrid work in Chicago, IL, and requires partnering with senior leaders to shape and refine growth priorities across the organization.

You will design and execute initiatives, develop KPIs, and drive cross-functional alignment with field leaders and corporate teams to accelerate growth while improving patient and provider outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic problem solving, opportunity analyses & new idea generation for initiatives within the Growth team.
• Scope and execute initiatives to drive growth efficiency, via stakeholder and change management.
• Closely collaborate with field leaders (e.g., Division Presidents, Regional Vice Presidents), Corporate teams (Outreach and call center leaders), and executives (e.g., CGO, COO, CEO) to drive target setting process alignment and initiative execution.
• Create KPIs and reports to monitor success across various Growth channel, identify opportunities for improvement and report out to these findings to.
