Qualifications

Outstanding communication skills in a fast-paced, analytical environment.
Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or private equity is a plus.
Strong problem solving, business judgment and ownership mindset.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results.
Proven project management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Comfort with advanced analytics tools and enterprise software.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic problem solving and new ideas for Growth team initiatives.
Scope and execute initiatives to improve growth efficiency with stakeholders.
Collaborate with field leaders, corporate teams and executives to align targets.
Create KPIs and reports to monitor growth channel performance.
Create content for executive-level meetings (monthly/quarterly).
Manage a team of 1-3 direct reports.
Other duties as assigned.
