Oak Street Health is seeking a Sr. Manager, Growth to drive analytics-powered growth across the organization. You will partner with leaders in Sales, Product, IT, and Operations to identify data-backed solutions and implement initiatives that accelerate OSH's rapid growth.

Reporting to the Lead Director of Sales Excellence, the role emphasizes strategic thinking, rigorous analysis, and effective communication in a fast-paced, healthcare-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably with a quantitative major.
• 5+ years of experience leading operations in a sales call center.
• Analytical and strategic thinker with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a growing team of Sr. Associates and Analysts in data analytics to inform decisions.
• Own initiatives to improve growth velocity and ROI of acquisition spend.
• Develop and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reporting with insights and actions.
• Collaborate with Product, IT, Telephony and Workforce management for smooth operations.
• Develop materials and lead discussions with organizational leaders.
• Support other strategic/analytical priorities as needed.
