Parexel is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Commercial Operations and Enablement to join our US-based, remote team. You will drive sales operations, CRM governance, and global enablement for Inside Sales and MBD, partnering with cross‑functional groups to accelerate growth.

You will lead campaigns, leverage Power BI, Tableau, Highspot, and Gong Engage, and ensure data-driven decision making for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business, life sciences, marketing, or related field.
• 6–8 years in sales operations, commercial enablement, or BD in CRO or life sciences.
• Experience designing and implementing sales operations and enablement programs.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, including pipeline mgmt and reporting.
• Familiarity with Highspot and commercial intelligence platforms.

Responsabilités

• Design and optimize sales operations processes and Salesforce governance.
• Develop global sales enablement strategy for Inside Sales and MBD teams.
• Lead and manage Inside Sales outreach campaigns using intelligence tools.
• Coordinate with Marketing for events to convert participation into meetings.
• Analyze sales performance with Power BI and Tableau for leadership decisions.
• Serve as primary contact for commercial operations needs with senior stakeholders.
• Create onboarding and training programs for Inside Sales and MBD.
• Manage enablement platforms (Highspot) and engagement tools (Gong Engage).
