Job summary

TeamViewer is seeking a senior leader to head the Enterprise Account Manager team for the Americas. You will own the retention and growth of a $10K+ ARR book, coach six managers, and drive forecasts and cross-functional collaboration.

This is a remote, first-line leadership role with regular travel to Tampa and client sites. You will partner with Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Finance to optimize renewals and expansions, ensuring strong performance and accurate forecasting

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise account management, renewals or customer-facing SaaS sales.
• 2+ years leading a quota-carrying team as a first-line manager.
• Proven ability to own and report retention or revenue numbers with weekly forecasting.
• Domain experience in remote connectivity or related enterprise software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of six Enterprise Account Managers with up to 40 accounts each.
• Own the team’s gross and net revenue retention and expansion across the Americas $10K+ ARR.
• Run weekly forecasts for renewals and expansions and present in regional calls.
• Manage books and territories, keeping under the 40-account cap and rebalancing as needed.
• Drive the renewal engine with proactive term management and pricing decisions.
• Hire, onboard, and ramp Account Managers with clear development paths.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers to retention and growth.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with senior leadership and account teams.
