Job summary

TeamViewer is seeking a first-line leader to head the Enterprise Account Manager team for the Americas. You’ll own the team’s 10K+ ARR book, drive gross and net retention, and forecast renewals and expansions across a strategic portfolio.

You will mentor six Account Managers, maintain an account cap of 40 per rep, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers to retention and expansion. Remote within the US with travel to Tampa.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise account management or related customer-facing SaaS roles.
• Experience leading a quota-bearing team as a first-line manager.
• Proven track record in renewals and revenue retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow six Enterprise Account Managers handling 40 accounts each at $10K+ ARR.
• Own team revenue retention and expansion metrics across the Americas.
• Forecast renewals and expansion by stage; present weekly regional forecasts.
