The Ladders is seeking a Sr. Manager, Solution Consulting (SLED) to lead a team of Solution Consultants supporting the sales process with technical expertise, customer engagement, and solution positioning. This hands-on leadership role focuses on coaching talent and driving strong customer outcomes in cybersecurity.

Location: Remote – US based. Compensation: $168,750–$235,000 annually. Travel up to 40% may be required as part of leadership duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in sales engineering or technical sales, preferably in software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• In‑depth technical knowledge of cybersecurity and industry trends
• Strong customer focus with relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset for data‑driven decision making.
• Proactive and self‑driven in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
