Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in cybersecurity, incl. 4+ years in management.
- Strong SIEM, automation, and incident investigation skills.
- Cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP, incl. AI/ML workloads.
- Experience leading global teams using agile methods.
- Excellent security communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead cyber defense and response to ensure readiness.
- Manage full incident response lifecycle from investigation to review.
- Improve detection and response across on-prem and multi-cloud.
- Define monitoring requirements and compliance standards.
- Own MTTR, MTTD, MTTC metrics and root-cause improvements.
- Automate SOC tasks to reduce manual workload.
