Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in management liability as underwriter, broker, or producer.
• Deep expertise in D&O, EPLI, fiduciary, crime, and related coverages.
• License in property & casualty or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the management liability practice strategy.
• Evaluate carrier appetites, market conditions, and product offerings.
• Provide expertise on D&O, EPLI, fiduciary, crime, and related coverages.
• Deliver coverage recommendations through market navigation and analysis.
• Design risk management strategies that differentiate IOA in the market.
• Partner with data team to develop benchmarking tools and analytics.
• Oversee management liability content across digital and print channels.
• Support business development with technical guidance for complex engagements.
• Participate in select client meetings as a subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive service excellence and growth.
• Stay informed on emerging risks and regulatory developments.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen performance.
