Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking a Management Liability Practice Leader to develop and execute a best-in-class value proposition for Directors & Officers, EPLI, Fiduciary, Crime, and Kidnap & Ransom coverages.

The role serves as IOA’s national subject matter expert, partnering with Producers and leadership to deliver innovative solutions and risk management guidance. The ideal candidate will lead practice strategy, drive market initiatives, and mentor teams while coordinating with

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in Management Liability with underwriter, broker, or producer roles.
• Deep expertise across D&O, EPLI, Fiduciary Liability, Crime, and Kidnap & Ransom.
• Active Property & Casualty License or ability to obtain within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the practice strategy.
• Evaluate carrier appetites, market conditions, industry trends, and product offerings.
• Provide guidance on Directors & Officers, EPLI, Fiduciary Liability, Crime, and Kidnap & Ransom coverages.
• Deliver coverage recommendations through market navigation, form comparison, RFP support, and proposal development.
• Design and implement service and risk management strategies that differentiate IOA.
• Develop benchmarking tools and analytics with IOA's Data team.
• Oversee Management Liability content across digital, print, and social channels.
• Support business development opportunities with Producers and client engagements.
