Insurance Office of America seeks a Management Liability Practice Leader to drive strategy, client advisory, and market leadership across Directors & Officers, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability, Crime, and related coverages. This national role partners with Producers, Account Managers, and leadership to deliver innovative solutions while expanding IOA's management liability footprint.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in management liability as underwriter, broker, or producer.
• Deep expertise across D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, and related coverages.
• Active P&C license or ability to obtain within six months.
• Proven consultative and business development experience with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of IOA's Management Liability strategy.
• Evaluate carrier appetites and market conditions to identify optimal solutions.
• Provide guidance on D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, and related coverages.
• Deliver coverage recommendations, market navigation, and RFP support.
• Design service and risk management strategies to differentiate IOA.
• Partner with Data team on benchmarking tools and analytics.
• Oversee Management Liability content across digital and print media.
• Support Producers on business development with technical guidance.
• Engage in select client meetings as a subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to ensure service excellence.
