Job summary

Reworld is seeking an accomplished Senior M&A Integration Manager to lead end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions. You will drive synergy delivery, risk management, and a repeatable integration capability aligned with operational excellence across functions.

The role operates at strategic and execution levels to ensure outcomes that create real business value, not just task completion, with strong emphasis on Day 1 readiness and post-close integration cadence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field strongly preferred; candidates with relevant experience may be considered.
• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional integrations.
• Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery.
• Experience operating in industrial, energy, or operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions.
• Lead tollgate reviews with executive leadership and ensure clear decision rights.
• Drive synergy tracking, risk management, and cadence reporting.
• Oversee cross-functional integration across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, and more.
• Develop and execute integration communications and change management.
