Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager to lead end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions. You will own synergy delivery, risk management, and a repeatable integration capability spanning Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS.

The role operates at strategic and execution levels to ensure business outcomes, not just task completion. A strong background in industrial, energy, or operational environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is strongly preferred; candidates with relevant experience may be considered.
• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional integrations.
• Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery.
• Experience operating in industrial, energy, or operational environments.
• Preferred: experience in waste management, energy, or material processing.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions.
• Lead tollgate reviews with executive leadership and enforce the integration governance model.
• Drive synergy delivery and risk management with a repeatable integration capability.
• Lead cross-functional integration across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS.
• Develop and execute change management and integration communication strategies.
• Build and continuously improve the integration playbook, tools, and checklists.
• Coordinate with functional leaders to ensure ownership and accountability across departments.
