You will align transportation solutions with client supply chain objectives, conduct executive reviews, and collaborate across Operations, Pricing, and Sales to deliver superior service and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years in transportation, logistics, or account management.
• Experience managing strategic customer relationships with executive-level discussions.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of strategic customer accounts with retention and growth.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders across operational, financial, procurement, and executive leadership levels.
• Align transportation solutions with customer supply chain strategies and objectives.
• Position the company as a preferred provider within customer networks and ecosystems.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on revenue growth and retention.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement and corrective actions.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and executive planning discussions with customer leadership teams.
• Travel as required to meet with customers and conduct reviews.
